I also have similar response as mentioned by other victims of this company. Whatever they commit at the time of signing the contract is different in reality. I have been trying to get my EPP since July 2019 and no response. All I am getting is email after email.
I am thinking to take them to consumer court.
EPP and Holiday booking is at RISK
they did not refund my EPP till now and they even send me email telling forwarded to finance department which does not exist,, and did not reply since 6 months.
all phone numbers are disconnected and the company is trying to collect money from new people, FIRST they should keep thier promise to existing members.
Did they provide you with login id to make the booking on website, which is not done yet.
